The Company specialises in the marketing and distributorship of medical device and health related products.
Pharma Ace was appointed distributor of BD PhaSeal for Peninsular Malaysia and Brunei. PhaSeal is the one and only medical Closed System Drug Transfer Device (CSTD) endorsed and the Malaysian Ministry of Health. This unique drug transfer system helps to promote occupational safety in the preparation of cytotoxic drugs in healthcare. The PhaSeal system can handle most types of IV sets and syringes to enable a totally safe and convenient administration of drugs.

In 2015 the Company was appointed the sole distributor to market the world renowned most well research probiotic, BioGaia. BioGaia is the only probiotics with scientific evidence in the treatment for infantile colic. Other benefits include the management of regurgitation, constipation, functional abdominal pain, acute gastrointestinal health, and the management of antibiotic associated side-effects.
Over this period, it has grown to be a brand leader in the infant category and have since introduced formulas suitable for young children, pregnant and lactating mothers, and other adults. Recently it has also launch BioGaia Prodentis a formula that promote oral health.
BioGaia have grown rapidly in recent years for its patented Lactobacillus Reuteri strains by virtue of it unique attributes and quality. The colonisation and its effects on the immune system is well documented. To date 299 clinical studies have been conducted on almost 18,536 individuals whereof 71 studies are on 0 – 3 years old in 8,302 subjects are published in more than 90 articles in scientific journals.

In 2022, Pharma Ace will be appointed as sole distributor of AeroChamber for Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei. AeroChamber is the world leader in spacer the only valve holding chamber (VHC) available with the Flow Vu@ indicator. This device helps patients who have trouble using inhalers, where the medication may end up on the back of the throat or on the roof of the mouth. This device helps patient inhale correctly. We will subscribe to the principal’s adage ‘helping people breathe better and live fuller live’.
The Company have a strong team of medical representativexs nationwide including Sabah and Sarawak, product specialist, clinical and customer support. Its warehouse facility includes cold chain storage when required and despatch protocol to ensure all requirements are complied.

The Medical Device Act 2012 stipulates that it is a requirement for companies in Malaysia dealing with medical device to qualify for GDPMD status to demonstrate its ability to maintain quality, safety and performance of medical devices throughout the value chain.
Pharma Ace have obtained the Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD) certification issued by SIRIM-QAS International Sdn Bhd, the leading certification & testing body in Malaysia. The GDPMD certification underlines Pharma Ace dedication to quality and compliance to further strengthen capabilities and service offered to our partners and customers.
